-exciting and captivating coffee convo consisting of, but not limited to, the following:

Homeland, post-at home workout, deeply questioned if Eskimos are in fact real (or were ever for that matter)– Cat assured Homey, unlike the Easter Bunny, Eskimos were/are for real– Homey remained skeptical and went to phone for Google confirmation

-Tomby admired the UPtown Concord new apartment  highrise sunrise views during Indian Run and proposed F3 Concord pitch in to rent one of new apartments as we don’t spend enough time w one another and it could also be useful to hide away our lady friends

-Katniss visited us from Greenville, SC, sporting an F3 shirt, F3 hat and weight vest and cruised through the many steps and humidity w a smile on face and w ease– he brought very good energy to the pax and QIC

-Spud observed a poor man’s Kid Rock at coffee– UPtown Concord beginning to get hip possibly w our hopefully burgeoning downtown growth?
