Light crowd this morning. I guess everyone was too sore from the step ups yesterday. Well, everyone except for two of us. Yes, I know, Squid is on his way west, ChopSaw has a higher class of beatdown to attend, and Gunny has a bad foot. At least backdraft wasn’t there to spoil the fun. YHC called f3flea and apparently he had a late night “performing” after some “technical difficulties”. You’ll have to ask him about the details on that one.

Anyway, three men headed out at 0700 from the AO and moseyed to the circle of honor for the standard warm up.
Then we headed over to Vance for suicides with ‘mericans, squats and V-ups at each stop and 5 burpees at the top.

Finished with that, we headed over to stadium where one of us disappeared for a bit while everyone else ran stairs and did increasing amount of Freddie Merks. Then we moseyed to the front patio of City Hall for Abs of Steel including Hello Dollies, Flutter Kicks and an old favorite, No Touch Core Killers. (Some heels touched, some didn’t, just sayin’.)

Moseyed back to the AO for some stretching and said “Hi” to the nice ladies out trying to save our souls.
