The thang-

Mosey to top of mugga for warmarama. Then down mugga with a few stops with Merks, Mike Tysons, WW11s and KGBs for additional warmup. And onto the main event at McGee Park that was capture the flag modified for a beatdown. Two teams – shirts vs skins. Territory were the two paved circles one surrounding the playground which was team 1s and the circle passed the bathroom surrounding a small open field was team twos territory. Flag was placed first round at a designated spot by q but second round was teams choice for placement. Any tag in enemy territory landed you in jail which was 8 burpees at designated spot and then trot back to friendly territory before any further flag capturing attempts could be made. Second game never got finished even with updated rules at the end to favor offense – mainly as defense was a well oiled machine by that time. Then back to Mary.

COT – second time FNG was named Dirty Bastard today in honor of being from Michigan and love of founders beer, he attempted to name himself Curly and thankfully was not named Muff Diver.  Prayers for Bumblebee and Katniss trip back to SC.

Moleskin – . A lady with dogs walked by at one point during the game and asked ” can I ask what you all (grown men) are doing??” When I told her she responded” I haven’t heard that name in a long long time”. Likely because CTF is done in call of duty, halo, fortnite etc. But to me nothing beats the real version done at night in the woods, with flashlights and wearing camo. So thanks to everyone for making this a success and making a very muggy hot beatdown fly by. Also i don’t think men really grow up, we just get bigger.
