7 big studs joined the Q on a light Tuesday that felt like heaven outside. 61 and low humidity. Time to get after it.

Mosey across Concord Lake to some building that Deertick has some affiliation with for:

Mosey across BRANCHVIEW DODGING CARS
to parking lot next to old Kramer & Eugene’s for THANG
Little jaunt down Penny Lane to see what it has to offer. 5 spaced out stations on the approximate 0.4 mile run from the K & E parking lot to the intersection of Penny Lane and Copperfield stopping intermittently for stations of:
- Dry docks x 10
- Squats x 10
- WWII x 10
- merks x 10
- lunges x 10 (5 each leg)
Then mosey all the way back bypassing all stations to the first station and repeato until time called after approximately 3-4 rounds, the group moseyed back to pick up noted slowpoke Loveboat on the way across the street and back to

COT & Prayer
Congrats to Chicken Strip on adding to his growing family! Great to see him out and catch up. He brought up a great point about saying prayers for all the lonely people in the hospital whose families no longer visit or never visited at all. They need prayers, and a conversation would make most of their day. Prayed for all that stuff and then it went off the rails for ol’ Spuddy. Happy Birthday America + God!

Numbers weren’t small but everyone huffed it. Everyone got at least 3 miles and 3 rounds in. YHC got 3.25 on the watch. Marlboro got 4 on the watch and 4 rounds, so it was a burner deluxe that let you get what you wanted, but it wouldn’t come cheap. America turns 248 on Thursday. That’s a big deal. Despite the monkey business going on in the race for the White House, we’re still in some of the best shape out there. Keep up the faith.
Even though numbers were lighter than we’re used to, there’s always a good smoking on the agenda, so get out here if you haven’t been in awhile. Ol’ Ticky is starting to rival Tomby for posts per week. Great to have Chicken Strip break away for the much needed beatdown, always great to share some time with him. Coffee time had some great discussions. Show to know. F3 makes my day better. Let it make yours better too.
