The clock struck 5:29 and I imagined a solo jaunt and an order for a biscuit for one….. BUT out of the gloom there came the dark night silhouette of Eminem to join me for a quick 30 minute ruck.

We proceeded on to biscuits, coffee, Jesus and discussion on being stuck and things that can numb us from Chapter 11.
