13 showed up to the beatdown, but 2 were already there (more on that later…)

WARM UP

moseyed to top of the new deck.  SSH, soapdrop, mtn climbers, mercs.

THE THANG

10 exercises done in pairs.  One on top level, one on level below.  Rotated precisely every 6 1/2 minutes.  #1:  mercs, WWIIs  #2:  squats, KGBS, #3:  drydocks lunges,  #4:  mike tysons, LBCs,  #5:  burpees, core killers

MOLESKIN

When mentally planned, this was a 10 on the beatdown richter scale.  Ended up more like a 7-8.  Good, but not memorable.  But what was memorable was as we ascended to the top level of the new deck we were met by two young ladies, dressed (minimally) to the nines, standing in the corner.  As does happen, everyone turned into a middle school boy in both thoughts and jokes.  However, they were undeterred by our presence and we soon learned they were waiting to have a photoshoot with the rising sun and their freshly cleaned Hondas (not a metaphor).  As one might expect, Catfish, or more like Catdaddy, sauntered over and offered his photography services in which they obliged.  I’m pretty sure he also switched their car loans to 5/3’s and invited them to Sunday service.  Dat boy smooth.
