WARMUP: mosey’d down to the lower parking lot. Triangle’d up and did some SSH, Loose change, and arm circles.
THE THANG: mosey’d to the far end of the parking lot and received our coupons. 1) 15 Mountain climbers 20 curls w/ coupon 2) 15 LBC’s 20 skull crushers w/ coupon 3) 15 Merkins 20 Wood choppers w/ coupon 4) 15 SSH 20 American hammer w/ coupon 5) 15 Dips 20 Bent over rows w/ coupon. Between each station we ran to the fence and back to get our coupon and move to the next station.
