Short disclaimer and then off we went for our Monday Circuit Breaker.

Nine PAX gathered in the gloom without a Q to execute Mi day’s Circuit Breaker. We went with a quick suggestion from @talladega, which turned into an excellent beatdown.

Here’s what we did…

The Thang:

Extinction Mile to start

Then 10 merkins, 10 WW2s, 10 air squats = one set, working our way up up to 20 reps each set, then down again.

Between each set, run to the end of the parking lot (chasing @NightVision, who was hauling “a” during his seconf cameo appearance at F3 Harrisburg.

End with a half mile run.

A good tine was had by all.
