ASEC Warm Up: 20 SSH, 15 Mountain climbers, 15 Hillbillys, Arm circles

Tomby was still on vacay and thoughts of a quiet warm up were quickly extinguished by the tales of Catfish’s recent string of interviews for a sales position. We learned and all agreed that being in a bar fight at the age of 50 is probably not something one should share in an interview amongst other things. Although not a Penis joke from Tombstone, enjoyable with plenty to laugh at for sure!

Mosey to “The Hill” on Lake Concord for The Thang: Bottom of The Hill 20 Merkins , Climb the hill and do 20 Crunches/ or whatever odd name they have been given, run to the end of the parking lot to the trailers and do 20 Dying Cockroaches. Fitting name for sure especially when done beside a bunch of trailers in a parking lot. Run down the parking lot back to the bottom of The Hill and repeto. All Pax got 5 laps in that equaled over 100 merkins, crunches, and dying cockroaches.

Mary: 20 Merkins, 20, crunches, 20 dying cockroaches, down dog into childs pose back into down dog.

Moleskin: 10 Men decided to meet in the Gloom to Fill their Tanks. Work for me has been pretty intense lately and I haven’t had much time get out for beatdowns and run days like I am used to doing. Work, Family, and a number of prior obligations have been depleting my Tank and leaving me a little empty lately. That’s OK because I can hop in anytime and grab a quick work out with you guys and its an automatic fill up for my Tank. Its amazing to me how only giving a little time and sweat in the morning can effect my overall mental health and wellbeing and “Fill my Tank”.

I haven’t figured out the Magic of that yet, But maybe that’s what Beaker was trying to explain to Mayweather and I during coffee along with the chemical make up of allergy medicine. Either way I am Thankful For a group of Guys that have become more than Just some guys I work out with. I am also thankful for guys like Beaker who are way smarter than I, and seems to think the same way we do. That gives me hope for our future and the next Generation coming up behind us.
