13 men got it on a Wednesday afternoon. Should have been 14, but duty evidently called.  Already be ready.

Warm Up: Rapidly think about what we’re going to do as the pax moseys by the absentee Q’s home to behind Truist for:

• SSH x 20
• IST x 10
• Loose Change x 10
• Arm Circles

Mosey down construction blvd to the courthouse plaza for a 5-15 ladder of Merks at the Union St and Squats at Church St, going up and down by 5 respectively.  Then mosey to Mugga for a second 5-15 ladder of WWIIs and Dry Docks with a turnaround at the elbow, not at the bottom.  Then mosey to the pink palace for Star jumps at the jail intersection and LBCs at the dumb stoplight intersection.  Then mosey to Grove Avenue for a ladder of Reverse Crunches at the law office and merks at the stoplight.  Then short mosey back to OCT for

15 reps each of Dying Cockroaches, Hello Dollies, Low Flutter before superman and elite broga.

COT we said prayers for LEOs, Cullen, and remember our high level BBQ team is cooking on Friday, so we’re going to support them.

MOLESKIN

As 0530 approached we awaited the sight of Popeye coming in on 2 wheels or running down the middle of Spring Street like a protestor at an Ivy League school, but it was not to be.  At that point, your boy made up some stuff and it turned out well.  Solid burner came in at just under 3 miles and some good reppage.  Was able to give new Pax Hush Puppy formerly of F3 Isotope the lay of the land downtown with the ladders.  Turns out YHC also did his closing, he lives basically equidistant between OCT and ASEC, so we should see plenty.  Little did we know a fellow pax from the same region, Ichabod, found us running the greenway and joined us at coffee.  Expect to see more of him too.  It’s always impressive how this group just bangs out 3 miler beatdowns like they are nothing.

Meanwhile, Popeye decided other things were more important, so he now has to wear a Saturday Q.  Coffee was great, lots of folks came in off the street, Mayweather like he was about to sell someone some knives, Circuit Rider after another 8 mile run, and Homeland who worked out at his garage gym to save gas money.  ALWAYS BE READY.
