THE THANG:
At each corner of Townhall, we started off with seven Burpee’s at each corner, then 14 reps of hillbillies at each corner, then 21 merkins, 28 air squats, 21 Side straddle hops, 14 mountain climber, and finished it off with seven angle grinders at each corner. Once finished with the circuit, then continue with a mosey around the building until everyone was completed.

Mary: mosey back to the parking lot behind the dance trap for a little stretching.
