THE THANG: Sparky and Big Tuna joined the local pax for a nice ruck around Southport including a few laps around the new park while carrying their rucks and misc coupons (20 – 40 lbs) and several pain station stops using your ruck and/or coupon. Good times for all and lots of 2nd F was shared along the way!
