On a seasonably appropriately chilly morning 11 runners and one Rucker launched on a cruise to “Mt Harrisburg” and back. After a quick route review and disclaimer, off we went.

THE THANG

 

From Town Center, run down Parallel until it runs out at Lakeview. Turn right, then right again on Williams. Once it runs back into Valhalla, turn left and head back to the barn. Nice n easy.

 

Everyone was doing a great job putting in the work. I didn’t hear much in the way of mumblechatter but T-Claps to Othello, who led an excellent 8-minute Broga session. Much needed and much appreciated.
