The Thang:

                              4 stations at 4 lightpoles. 10 of each, subtracting one each round:

                              Drydocks, V-ups, star jumps, burpees…repeato until time.

Been a minute as I was down with a cold and this was exactly what I needed.  I toyed with a Grover-esque Q by you’re already

getting one of those this week.  Sadly I’ll be out of town.  Tombstone claimed he saved everyone’s life by screaming the title

of this BB at an oncoming car down the landing strip.  I will say the car did move but I give credit to the neon yellow Plummer &

Plummer swag – thank you Joseph.  Enjoyed it fellas, days go better when I post.
