Warmup:  Mosey to Lex’s lot for cobra, arm circles, SSH, good mornings, neck circles, super Mario’s

Mosey down Corban to the belly of the whale: people’s chair into immediate squats. Fun.

Mosey to the park shelter: 15 dips 15 mountain climbers IC, 15 KGB— then run one circle around the playground area and back to the shelter. Decrease by 2 until down to 0 laps left.

After lap “3”, take a pit stop and find a place in the playground for AYG pull-ups and a 5 second breather.

When laps are completed, we all ran the circle backwards for a victory lap. Cat went full nascar and did a burnout in the mulch.

Mosey on the greenway until that nice stretch where the sun rises and First Baptist is in clear sight for a quick ladder with 10 dry docks and 1 jump squat.

Mosey up the huge hill on Patterson.

Mosey up to 5/3 to gather the group back up. Some J-Los happened there.

Mary was called and Tombstone and Marlboro were tasked with taking us home. Loveboat took offense to this, and decided to leave everyone behind.

Spud left as soon as he sat down because for the first time in the history of Earth, a repair man of some sort was early. Like 7:40am early. Weird days we are in.

More motorcycle gang stuff was happening at the coffee shop, but there were plenty of seats this time.

Java ran 15 miles but joined for prayer and coffee.

Anvil happened.
