COT

Praise for 2 young men who found the Lord on Cat’s weekend Extravaganza and prayers for Marlboro’s grandad who is battling heart circumstances.  Also the 1 year F3versary for Professor, attaboy!

Moleskin

Tough little nut of a beatdown that got most between 2 and 2.5 miles after 3-4 times around.  The weight got heavier, the dips got shallower, the broad jumps shorter, the dry docks wetter and the squats got quicker.  Just the way it goes when you increase the weight, reps, etc.

There’s also something to be said about the weight of negative expectations, pressure building diamonds, all that stuff.  Some folks can carry it, some folks can’t, and it extends across all walks of life.  Whether you’re about to compete athletically, in the workplace, or in any other discipline, the ability to adjust to expectations and handle pressure is a must.  F3 helps in that because every time you are called to lead you run the risk of something not working out.  The good thing is that gives you the experience to think on your feet, to take some shit talking, to adjust and rise above.  So lead, because it helps you become a better man…or you can just keep doing Chunky Soup commercials like Dak and choking when it counts.  You might make $200 million, but you’ll never be that dude.  We’re all here to build each other up to be that dude.
