Warm-up:

• Lap around 1st floor
• SSH x 20
• Loose Change x 8
• Arm Circles

 

Thang:

• Partner-up, 1 person will be the timer and run a lap around 1st floor
• 3 exercises at 200 each
  • Core Killers
  • Merkins
  • Squats
• After completion, run stairs to top level and back down to 2nd floor
• 3 exercises at 100 each
  • LBC ICs
  • Mike Tysons
  • Lunges

 

Mary:

• Stretching
• Prayers to Homelands Grandma as she recovers.  Always thinking about Bozey.  Mt Afton Challenge this weekend so go out and support the cause.

Moleskin: Small crew this morning probably cause there was the excuse of inclement weather but we stayed dry in the deck. Luthor did message me and said he couldnt make it because his kids were awake…I am confused too.  Tried to keep it simple today but 200 core killers out of the gate was like Ron Burgundy choosing milk on a warm day, “was a bad choice”.  My neck was cramping.  Besides that, we got a decent amount of mileage in as we stayed in the deck and we took it slow around the corners since that deck was leaking a tad bit all the way to the first floor.  Was glad to get out of bed this morning and appreciate the ones who did show up to kick the day off right.  Coffee followed and waiting to see if P&P will allow us back after the talk of epstein’s island and a “lightning rod” joke from Spud.  Make it a great day.
