THE THANG: Kojak takes us to “Xmas tree” for a 15 minute warmup WOD – step ups, presses and flutters
The main event evolution with DS at the stage. 5/1 ladder. Heavy taint tappers, ruck, and 8 counts.
Peppa took us on a Heavy mile.
Handy ran us through an EMOM ladder 10/1 for 10 minutes. Squats and high pulls.
