On the third day of Christmas my F3 friends gave to me…a workout in the gloom which was Pax free

I was not surprised to see light numbers this am, but it was very light. However since YHQ has been trying since FF season started to run every Wednesday I didn’t want to give up even if I got smoked this weekend as I vowed out of the playoffs. With no pax in sight I chose a simple 3.5 mile mosey and finished it about 36minutes.

Note I won’t be out in the gloom tomorrow. Someone might want to show to avoid a 0 this week. PoxBox will be on Friday.
