Moleskin:

  1. Eleven hearty Pax and one slightly late gathered at OCT on a warm 52 degree morning for a 62st birthday workout and ten year F3 anniversary concocted by the old man in a fun Saturday Q. Sixty-two of everything was the theme which Q basically regurgitated the same workout from last year with a few minor changes. Many WTF looks after finishing 62 side strattle hops in warm up and straight into ten burpees to commemorate 10 years of F3 bliss!
  2. Ten years of F3 has been life-changing. Busted Wheel(Bob Simpson) talked me into showing up at 5:30 in 2013 at ASEC and it’s been on ever since. I cherish all the friendships and fun times we’ve had together but it’s all your collective prayers and support through the rough times that I’m truly grateful. It’s and honor and privilege to be associated with our Concord group and the entire F3 organization.
  3. Many thanks to all my F3 brothers for helping me reach another milestone 62nd Every day is a gift and I’m especially thankful for the time we spend working out together. As we mentioned at coffee talk this morning, what we do at F3 is important to maintain our physical health as well as mental health. Steel sharpens steel.  Let’s keep doing what we do.
  4. Thanks for allowing me to lead today. Always a pleasure.
