A lively group of 14 gathered, at first unsure where to meet, but eventually followed the music and rock songs to the designated parking lot area for a beatdown including tribute exercise for birthday guy Deadhead!

1) a brisk morning, not so bad, had some issues rounding up the Pax, a few were in the shelter, although I said “Hey”, and kept going, eventually saw others milling around the music speaker and joined up. 14 strong with some great back and forth, always love being beside JD, he just uttered continuously, “Burpee jack Webbs” and where is Dr Lecter? ahaha, the Good Dr has an effect on JD! good to see Magic Mike out early, doing the work. Deadhead flying in from Dallas last night, doing pre-run, joining us all for some work and Mary.

1) Othello neighbor Mike and his ongoing medical and family issues, we pray for perseverance and healing
2) solocup buddy with medical condition and hoping to find strength in his struggle and lean on others
3) Wexler with family members, Janet Glennon to find comfort, prayers and healing
4) Wexler daughter who placed in swim meets, way to go!
5) Gulfstream and Handy Manny in Wilmington in a 12 hour overnight ruck event
6) All other spoken, unspoken, and YHC forgetting to mention
