Impressive work by all today, good chatter happening, help from Zin when YHC forgot the order of the exercises, and was ok with not doing the offset merkins in order!
YHC did see a foot race by a few Pax heading back from the circle to the shelter, not sure who won??
Good rapport about improvising Welsh Dragons in the future, adding new wrinkles!
Ran into the pre-runners during 25 SSH, guys were hustling!
PSA-when a Pax Endex exercise request is announced, jump in quick so you don’t have to do J-Lo’s from Constitution, that is his go to! Hint: could do ARod’s, combo of J-Lo and Pickle Pounder, FYI!
