Warmup:

• SSH, loose change, mtn climbers, 10 slow mercs…walk 10 feet to the thang.

The Thang:

• Burpee/suicides/WWII/suicides.  That’s it.  Repeato.

Mary:

• No time — intentionally unintended

Moleskin: 

Knew it was going to be cold and I planned the previous night to warm-up quickly by stealing the hardest Q I know — burpee/suicides.  Added a twist by alternating burpees with WWII’s b/c I’m not a savage.  Grover’s presence was not foretold.  It was like covering a song with the original artist in the crowd — exciting, but you better get it right.  With only a minute warm-up and 0 minute Mary we had a solid 40 minute beatdown.  Lots of winded conversations were had to distract from the pain at hand.
