Pax- FNG: Trash Plate, Private Ryan, Mountie, Tombstone, Beaker, Neverland, Catfish, Homeland, Marlboro, Scooter, El Abogado, Total Package
Warmarama- Start at the new deck run to the top for SSHs, ISTs, Wind mills, mountain climbers. Then mosey to new deck for further 26 SSHs
The thang- Mosey back to new deck to second level where q has set up 3×3 chalk grid. Each box has a number 1-9, pax are to toss bean bags from toss line towards the box, whatever box the bag lands in that is the number of burpees the pax is to do. If the bag lands out of the 3×3 grid its an automatic 10. Pax were then to recall the number they landed on and head back out of the deck via the stairs, running down the stairs each step had an attached number. Pax were to run down the steps counting the number they had tossed and based on what step they landed on they would do that number of reps of decline merks. Pax then proceeded to bottom of old deck for last part of the circuit. Q had placed x10 wood tablets with numbers 1-10 written on the front. Each had an exercise written on the back. Pax were to pick up the wood tablet with the number they had tossed and perform the exercise written on the back. Then return to the bag toss and repeato. With 10 mins to go Q called Mary for a quick set of core exercises performed at the bottom of new deck: Plank, J-Lo’s, KGB’s, Crunchy Frogs, low flutters and a few stretches to boot.
COT – Frostbite and the Honor Flight for Veterans he’s gone on and the Middle East.
Moleskin- Today we learned you should never let Catfish order an appetizer for you. Chicken anus is a real dish and served with dipping sauce. Also we got to name a second time FNG- Josh Maves who received the name Trash Plate in recognition of his Rochester NY heritage; and we all know he will just go by “Trash.”
