On a perfect running weather morning, 11 left the Town Center in search of betterment. We found it in the form of our very own Exit54, who told us a harrowing tale of instincts and heroics. Please see Wexler’s post detailing it on slack. I’ll just say, thank God for Exit and guys like him. True HIM.

 

The route today took us to the Harrisburg Park Track via Parallel, Patricia and Oakley with our pax getting anywhere from 4-6+ miles. Good times were had by all.

This morning, we lift up in prayer Liam Santschi, who is undergoing extensive knee surgery today. We ask for strength for the entire family. Another salt of the earth family all around, so please keep them in your prayers. As we have updates, they will be shared.

Prayers also went out today to all who are effected by war. The situation in Israel and the Gaza Strip is growing more and more perilous and the bloodshed is increasing. Cooler heads, love over hate, and appreciation of the value of human life is needed.

 

It was my pleasure to be with you all this morning. YHC has had a rough couple of days and it was good to be pushed physically. Be blessed and keep pushing.
