Burpee/Suicide – 2nd level of new deck led by Grover 5 Sessions 10-6

The Bus – Top of new deck led by Homeland approx 10 minutes with 1 Bus and 4 Rows add in some ‘all you gots’

Skinners Hills – Led by Spud we completed 3 total downs and 3 total ups

Football – beside Fifth Third led by Catfish only time for 1 run of the field with exercises.

Moleskin:

What a fantastic morning with solid support from some Meca brothers (Afton, Harrisburg). The beatdown was brutal with the quick exchange from one difficult workout to the other. Burpees/Suicides straight to an angry Div III football coach yelling at you to run, the torture of Skinner’s Hills which I aware get more steep each year and then closed out with a long mosey to conclude with a Burpee/Merkin/Mountain Climber/LBC/Squat medley. 

With some individuals sleeping at our planned cookout area we audibled to stay at OCT. Multiple cook tops (Marlboro, Mayhem and Gooney) popped out to create the beautiful aroma of breakfast meats (sausage, bacon, livermush, country ham and kielbasa) plus eggs and hash browns. Add in coffee, juice, fancy water, bourbon cream, biscuits, pastries and fruit you have a great breakfast!

A brutal workout and a shared meal to celebrate my favorite collection of men I know. My health and my person is better because of F3 but my life is better and more complete because of F3 Concord. You fellas are high impact males. We jointly laugh, invest, run, sometimes cry and work together daily. Many people can’t fully understand the power of TRUE friends but we know because we are blessed enough to have each other!

Shout-out to the brothers that were out of town you were missed. If I forget someone it isn’t on purpose. (Indy, Tick, El Ab, TP, Hip, Fire Chicken, Frosty, LMU, Mayweather, Brickyard, Loveboat, Java, Exit, Topem, Professor, Nickelback, Tupperware, Finishline)
