Warm Up

Mosey down Union to bum wash to awaken several possible customers.

Mosey to the loudest place in downtown Concord next to the HVAC system at new Courthouse on Corban to explain

DAT THANG

5 stations around the courthouse and adjacent areas to hit all bodily areas.

Mosey back to Mary by way of Union Street where many pax almost get run over like gypsies trying to sell roses to tourists or buskers in some sanctuary city trying to wash your windshield.

MARY

COT

Prayed for the Livengood family, Topham’s family member battling cancer, and Reese exploring a new treatment.  Also Mountie told us that we behave like a bunch of vulnerable savages and someone’s gonna taste a bumper someday.  Careful out there fellas.

MOLESKIN

Good little grinder for a Wednesday morning, always feels good to get out there.  Got a good 2.5 miles and a lot of reps, some got more, some got less. where many people in this world need a cigarette, a beer, or a toke from Uncle Lester’s crazy garden to get their day going, it’s a pretty nice that it’s just a good sweat, a good laugh, and a cup of coffee to get our day started on the most positive note.

Really good to see a bunch of young guns out there today.  Looks like we had 4 guys 30 and under, and that’s what F3 needs, younger guys who see the value in leadership, in positive thinking, and in taking and giving accountability for each other.  In a world where Millennials still get shit, you know where to put the blame, squarely on lazy ass lame ass Gen Z.

Thanks to all of you for getting after it with me.  Let’s keep it rollin’.
