Thang:
Mosey to behind Windstream building
Simple circuit, first round together.
10 pull-up row things on bar wait height bar behind wind stream.
Run up public parking lot hill
10 WWII’s at top of lot
Run down the block to street at County building
10 Squats
Run down hill to parking lot at USPS
10 Mike Tysons
Run back to Windstream row bar. Repeat adding to two reps to each exercise each round, except Mike Tysons, those stayed at 10 reps.

Mary: Prayed for Skinners wife for quick healing of arm and hopefully no surgery, prayed for Catfish’s son to find a home in Columbia so he can get off payroll, prayed for Mountie’s retired police buddy to hopefully find the right path, and one last prayer (they know who they are).

Moleskin:
Another great morning with a great group of guys.  Lot’s shit talking to the Q, which is exactly how I like it.  A few got in 7 rounds and the rest got in 6 rounds.  A good burner that kept everyone moving with little time to catch your breath. Spud tried to call Mary early to avoid running up the hill one last time, so everybody got to run to the bottom and back up one last time for good measure.  I should Q more often and I plan on trying to do just that.  The last five months have been a whirlwind with the addition of Smith aka “Roy” and trying to figure out a whole new way of life. The days I start with this group are always much better than the days I don’t.  Believe it or not, I do listen to the advice that is given freely in the mornings and it has made me a better man, husband, and now father.  I consider it an honor to be a part of this outfit and lucky to call you all friends.  Until next time, some wisdom to depart on “Never trust a fart, never waste a good hard on, and never pass up a bathroom”.
