Warmup:

• Mosey to parking lot on landing strip
• SSH, loose change, mtn climbers, slow mercs…

The Thang:

• Four “light” poles, four excercies:
  • 9 peter parkers, 9 v-up with twist, 9 star jumps, 9 burpees
  • Run back to beginning and repeato.  Going down by 1 each time.

Mary:

• Stretched a muscle here and there to appease those who actually believe in that kinda activity.

Moleskin: 

Solid group with solid chatter.  Everyone fell in line with a partner or two to discuss all the musings of middle-aged men.   Still no working street lights.  We’re officially down to zero on our landing strip.  Mary was not called by the QIC so we could get another round in back at ASEC.

Days sure do go better when I post and that’s no coincidence.
