In the 10+ years of my F3 journey I’ve never been to an F3 race so I said why not!? A couple of FNGs came out ready and took gold. In addition to FNGs a couple of 2.0s showed up on their own (surprised me and I’m their dad haha). People partnered up pretty quickly and despite a few bumps people figured out the combination of beatdown and treasure map. People enjoyed it enough that with some tweaks, I am certain the HIMOC is going to make an appearance in the fall.

Halfway through my back to back Iron Qs and my ankles and knees are feeling it. The pats on the back and attaboys keep me motivated to keep going though! Also wanted to give everyone a shoutout and thank you as I’ve done a few brand new, never done in the Burg exercises, workouts, and races; everyone was willing to give them a shot and I appreciated it.
