Moleskin:
1. Nine of Concord’s most elite Pax gathered at ASEC on a humid, 68 degree morning to enjoy a movie matinee at the Carolina Mall Cinemas. All ten movie marquees were replaced with an exercise of Q’s choosing and performed as a group. Upon completion, Pax jogged to second light pole in Belk’s parking lot and back to movie theater for three rounds of fun! Back to ASEC for a little upper body work with pullups and bear crawls. According to Q’s watch, 2.0 miles cumulative running today.

2. Prayers for Catfish and Homeland on their mission trip to South Dakota, and updates on Swim for Ella. Mayweather says total raised over $8000 for Swim for Ella! Congrats to Bozeman for organizing and all who participated last weekend. You da man. Keep up the good work, boys! It’s a worthy cause.

3. Great coffee time as usual, which is why we love starting our day with our F3 brothers. Be the light for others to follow!
