1. great to see Othello and Constitution return to the Gloom, fresh off their respective trips. Othello having fun in Alaska, although he could not post at F3Anchorage while there. Constitution doing great work with Magic Mike at Myrtle Beach and I believe 80 11-18 year olds! Magic Mike finished 2nd in one competition and almost finished first!
2. Glad to see Banjo Boy today, also sad that family is leaving for Oak Island today. Open invite for anyone in the area to hit em up to visit and have a beatdown, #F3Southport.
3. Sorry all, had a few more items, but if I post it late, my old man memory kicks in! Prayers to all who we spoke about today, and unspoken prayers also!
4. F3 Afton 5 year convergence on Saturday August 5, please try to make if possible.
5. All did great work today, some completed full cycle, some did not. YHC was out past midnight at a buddy’s(Nacho), taking in AEW Forbidden Door, so was a power struggle today to make it through, but we persevere!
6. Coffee was great, excellent turnout there with brothers running, show to know!
