lucky number 13 crew. Perfect morning to exercise.

we ran around downtown. Completed a latter at mugga, another at the top of the new deck. Got in 2 rounds with blocks. Got some exercises in my office parking lot.

Had to modify my plans a little to add more time in the QICs parking lot to allow gooney to take a shit in my office. He can thank our resident drug dealer parked OCT parking lot. He is the reason I kept my keys with me instead of leaving them by my car.

I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day. Being a father is not always easy, but we do our best. We deserve a day to be celebrated.
