MOLESKIN:

• As usual Exit 54 was killing it. I think he passed me like six times. Nice work.
• Thanks to Peeping Tom for making the trek over from Afton, at Solocup’s invite (although we could not locate Solocup this morning).
• This was the first Road Warrior I’ve done in a few months and it was a doozy. The weather was perfect but the air quality at 6:00 am was around 136 which is pretty bad. Speaking of which, as I mentioned in COT, you all have my permission to take it easy the next couple of weeks because the air quality is not going to get any better.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• R2D2 needs help tomorrow from 6:30 – 8:30 PM @ 11961 Ramah Church Road in Huntersville assembling, inspecting and then disassembling cribs that have been donated for Foster Children. Check Slack for more info (Constitution just reposted the information this morning).
• There is a Brew Ruck at Southern Strain Brewing Company also tomorrow at 7:00 PM. 165 Brumley Ave NE Suite 3001 Concord.
• Healthy Achievement 5K Saturday June 24 at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown. More information at ha5k.com
• Big Brothers and Big Sisters are in desperate need of mentors. Get with Starsky and/or Exit 54 if you are interested or would like more information.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

• The train wreck in India. As of this morning it looks like almost 300 people are confirmed dead with another 1200 injured.
• The shooting outside a high school graduation in Richmond VA, two killed and several others injured.
• The wildfires in Canada which are currently affecting air quality for about half of North America.
