10 men went to seek out an opportunity you may be interested in on a nice Thursday morn.

Warm Up

DA THANG

T shaped beatdown with 3 stations, with 20 squats at one point, 20 WWIIs at one point, and 20 merkins at the other, with 3 burpees every time you hit the middle joint of the T, meaning 4 sets of 3 burpees every time around.  Repeato until time called around 0557, at which point it was adventure time:

All pax lined up between the flags.  If the pax knew both flags, no burpees. If the pax knew one flag, 5 burpees.  If the pax knew no flags, 10 burpees.  Fortunately, we had a crew of guys who had decent command of world flags and we only did 20 burpees.
We then moseyed back to the rock pile at the AO and everyone grabbed a plate for 3 sets of 2 exercises- Shoulder extensions x 20 and toe touches x 20.  Put plates back and mosey to

MARY

Stretching

COT

Praise for FC’s sister and baby, and prayers for Marlboro’s relative who got attacked by a pitbutt before we said the Lord’s Prayer to take it out.  Sign up to bring something for the breakfast on Saturday.

Moleskin

Good 2.5 miles, threw a little fun in there with the flags.  Too bad Tomby wasn’t here to bring his pride flag, but so be it.  No Rowan county folk today so it was pretty quiet until we got to coffee.

Good to have Circuit Rider out for consecutive days, and for Professor’s continued improvement.  Keep gettin after it guys.  Start of a new month, another fresh start.  Make it happen men, we are better together than any of us are apart.  Thanks for always keeping me awake at 5 AM because the easy decision is to sleep.  Let’s keep rolling.
