-Native American run (0-3 burpees to be chosen by respective pax) from OCT to up-and-down old deck, new deck, to post office and up shitty-stairs at Pink Palace (aka Cab Co Govm’t Center), backdoor of Carolina Courts and up its stairs and hault at OCT.

-15 thrusters w bicep curls w block, 15 slow eddie merks IC, 5 burpees and run to top of old deck and back: rinse-and-repeat

Notes:

-TP’s only is to be referred to as “Dan”– not Daniel, not Dan Dan and especially not Danny— Dan, period

-Mindfulness and prayers requested for several Pax with serious family health concerns

-Pax feels much love for our dear brother, LMU, as he had a nasty mountain bike injury trying his best to be a good dad– in pain, incurring medical bills, very recent surgery post-accident and missing awesome planned trip w family to Jackson Hole

-First Q in quite some time for me– thankful to hopefully be on a better road now w my back and big praise to all of you who encourage and support me to not give up

-God is infinitely tender w me– the weaker I am, the more gently he approaches me.  I have finally learned not what is all behind His spiritual curtain, but rather in my weakness and pain leads a door to His presence.  Hope is like a golden cord connecting me w Heaven. The more I cling to this cord, the more He bears the weight of my burdens; consequently, I am lightened.  Heaviness is not of His kingdom. God takes everyone he loves through a desert which crushed me.  The desert has created an authentic self for me– it has drawn me to the heart of Christ.  I am thankful for my desert— w/o it, I am self-reliant, very prideful and delusional
