Mosey to 5/3 lot and partner up.

300 air squats

All exercises cumulative. Partner 1 exercising, partner 2 running to top of lot and back to relive P1.

Once finished, take one lap down Church towards courthouse and back around by post office, back to 5/3…for the most part

Mosey back to OCT:

Grab a block for each group, P1 does the following, 10x:
Curls
Push Press
Squats
Lunges

P2 holds plank until P1 finishes, switch and repeat.
Did this two times.

Moleskin:

16 men showed on a humid morning to partner up, break a sweat and make it to coffee together. That was the goal. It was achieved…for the most part.

Always look forward to connecting with this group. Peppered with personality, opinions always willing to be shared, opinions always being shot down, alphas doing what alphas do. Lots of laughing, lots of ribbing, a little cussing and a lot of loving…for the most part. We all attack the day from different angles…for the most part…but after coffee.

Something about that coffee at GWC. It’s unifying…for the most part.

For the most part…it’s an extension of the circle of trust we end with every morning. It adds another ring at coffee. Even when we can’t make it, we miss the coffee, and we think about being part of that circle…for the most part. I sure do.

Other times, that circle extends to an F2 or F3 event, sometimes to a lunch, sometimes to a happy hour, sometimes to a 5k, sometimes to a fundraiser and sometimes to a book review. All of those are meant to build each other up, and all are different platforms to do so, but the common denominator is that they are all extensions of “the circle”, our circle, the F3 Concord circle…for the most part.

Circles are a symbol of strength, never ending. They show solidarity. They allow movement in harmony…for the most part. Broken or with a kink, they become out of balance and wear out. This group is the strongest and best group I’ve ever been a part of and I pray I can stay a part for many years to come, Lord willing. Never lose focus of what we’re about, men…each other. We need this community and we need to lean on each other for strength. We don’t all have to agree on everything, but it sure helps if we can agree our circle needs to remain unbroken, no matter the rings that are added. Because when you think about it, the most part, is always the best part.

Thankful I get to lead this group from time time. Y’all are the best….for the most part ????
