The Thang:   The Murph – need we say more. In honor and in memory of Lt. Michael Murphy, Navy SEAL, who gave his life to save the lives of his men.  He was a true leader in every sense of the word. It’s always an honor to participate in this workout.

Prayers: Thankful for all the blessings the Lord has given us. The miracle of live birth and sleep after the miracle of live birth, (that goes out for Peppa).

Moleskin: Everyone stuck to the task and completed the workout with time for Mary at the end. Job well done by all.

Peppa’s glad to be home with dad duties but needs some things to keep him busy. Especially when he’s not changing diapers!

Respects are thankful and blessed to still be out here doing this stuff.
