15 studs plus the Q came on a day of deuces to drop a deuce.  Frosty didn’t show to take that literally. Toasty moderate.  Passed multiple late comers.

Mosey over to the entrance of the boys and girls club, and there do 22 dry docks, 22 WWIIs and 22 star jumps.  Mosey around the block to the baxk of the club for 22 derkins, 22 dips, 22 second wall sit, mosey back to the entrance and repeato until Q called time.  Time called around 6:03 to mosey back to OCT by way of the Glenn Center.

Mary was low rent broga.

COT prayed for Neverland’s mom and my youthful exuberance.

Moleskin:

I got 2.5 miles and a lot of reps.  Jesus is all around us, and F3 is my mental therapy.  I am in a house with kids all day and work with 6 women in my office.  Between the beatdown and coffee, this hour and ten minutes of my day gives me the release I need to power through my day.  I appreciate my guy Neverland hanging outside with me and helping me get that release so I wasn’t drinking coffee solo like Steven Glansberg.
