Called it a little early and did some random on the top of Q’s head work outs, presses, leg raises, and others that I don’t remember.
Only few days away from being the big 40, (this Tuesday, yes valentine’s day.) and felt like I need to do this to get my ass moving after being under the weather personally and others in the house over the past couple weeks. But also, to the pleasure and excitement of the rest of the group, knowing we were missing @grover’s completely random beatdown that we never know what to expect.
Q did have the idea to just jump into burpee suicides for a couple minutes as a joke but need the pax to stay with me and not completely revolt my beatdown.
As many of you have been there done that, 40 is a unique and can be a “scary” age. All bc when we were younger it was “over the hill” but as I think about my life today vs 5 years ago, I feel like on a spiritual, mental, physical, and relational level (in all aspects of life), I am stronger and healthier. Thanks to this group, the push, the challenges, the accountability, the conversations, all of it.
It’s been an incredible journey with F3 over the past couple years. And as I start down the 40’s path, I look forward to how much better I will be in a few more years.

Each of us have uniqueness we bring to the table, so WAY louder than others, but all valuable.
