Post workout summary:  Glad to see a big crowd.  It was kind of rainy so we moved to new deck.  Y’all (including myself) are soft and don’t like to get hands/feet wet so we stayed in the deck.  Skinner would not approve.  I got like 2.5+ miles in.  Circle Merk broke us all early on.  Tombstone needs a soft hug due to his ole man football injury.  Feel like most got about 3 total circuits in.  Maybe 4 for those younger/faster/stronger.  Got to name a new one today.  May I present…. Junkyard.  Should we add Dog to his name?  Let’s vote on that.  For those that we missed, we missed you.  For those that showed, hardness was gained.

“If we try to be quiet, we are assaulted by what CS Lewis called “the kindgom of noise”.  Everywhere we go we hear background noise.  If the noise isn’t provided for us, we can bring our own via our Phones.”  Quote from A Praying Life.  The culture we are in makes us terrible at being quiet.  It also makes us pretty terrible listeners.  I don’t have sage advice to offer except I hope to be a better listener and to learn to be quiet.
