No Ragrets

A dirty dozen showed up this warm December morning to get it done!

The Warm-Up

  • Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Storm Trooper, Wind Mill, Jump Rope, Merkins, Hill Billies, Monkey Humpers

Merkin Indian Skip to Library Parking Lot

  • In between each exercise we would take a lap around the island. Everyone stayed on the lead lap. If you finished the lap you planked until everyone was back.
  • Curb Merkins, Dips, Burpees, Spiderman Merks, Mountain Climbers
  • Repeat until 7:25

Mosey to the Play Ground Shelter/Bathroom Building

  • In between each exercise we would take a lap around both buildings. Eveyrone stayed on the lead lap. If you finished the lap you did a wall sit until everyone was back.
  • Sumo Squats, Bench Split Squats, Calf Raises (inward, centered, outward), Donkey Kicks, Appollo Onos(sp?), Fire Hydrants
  • Repeat until 7:45

Mosey to Field for sprints

  • 40 yard dash until 7:50

  • Jlo, Windshield Wipers, Reverse Crunches, LBC, Crunchy Frog
