Pax: Hipbone, Popeye, Catfish, Deertick, Indy, Trick Daddy, Fire Chicken, Psycho T, Tombstone



  • Mosey around the parking lot with some high knees, butt-kickers and Karaoke. Proceed to be depantsed by Tom B.
  • SSH x 20
  • Arm circles
  • Mountain Climbers x 20
  • Loose Change x 5 (not enough for Indy)


  • Mosey over to Lee-Ann Dr
  • 4 telephone poles = 4 exercises
  • Start at 4, add 1 to burpees and 2 for the others each round
    • Burpees
    • Squats
    • KGB (1,2 is 1 rep)
    • Merkins
  • Mosey back to AO, head to pull up bar.  Finish up with 10 pullups.


  • Hard broga, felt great


  • Turned out to be a great morning with no rain and still able to pull 10 out of slumber. Above statement was true, I was depantsed for the first time since 7th grade and Indy was extremely disappointed in my decision to only do 5 loose change.  Workout seemed simple and effective, logging around 3 miles. Was able to get some additional stretching in once we got back to Mary.  Catfish brought it home with a good prayer.  Hipbone is going to get a bourbon night on the calendar and there were talks of finding families to help this holiday season.  Last note…I appreciate the group, the banter and the overall accountability to eachother as its what has kept me going at times.  Thanks for the opportunity to lead.
