6 men showed up after a day of tropical storm weather. The 6 were Sir Topham, Big Tuna, Grandmaster, The Burgh, TrickDaddy and Cupid. Surprised we all weren’t rested enough to show? I think everyone just sat around yesterday? ???? However we found out some lost power. Big Country was one without power so we did a Q switcheroo and I took the Q for him since I had the power. Lol Here’s how it went down…

Mosey to grab concrete blocks out fo the swamps and back to deck for warmorama – 44 SSH, 10 BSN, 20 mtns climbers and 10 windmills.

Since it was my first Q since my bday on September 24 I decided to do some counts of 44 for my new age. No, Grandmaster I am not as OLD as you!

The Thang:

Level 1 – 11 curl, press, skull crusher combos and up stairs to next level.

Level 2 – 11 low slow squats with jump at the end (4 count)

Level 3 – 11 KGB (4 count)

Level 4 – bear crawl each arm 1 with a Carolina dry dock as 3.  11 (4 count)

Run down ramp (you’re welcome) back to level 1 and repeato

We completed 4 rounds with a little less than 30 minutes to go. 4 rounds made 44 of each exercise.

Return block to swamp area…

Indian run to front of ball field. We did some workouts on the benches out front. But first…The MOTIVATOR! Up to 10!!  Great work fellas….now to the benches – 11 Incline Merkins IC, 11 Decline merkins IC, 11 Dips IC and 11 shoulder taps IC.  Ok so our arms were toast after that!!

Mosey back to deck with 10 minutes left.

In the deck we circled up for some Big Country style workouts since he had to bail on his Q.  44 Flutter kicks IC, 44 Hello dolly’s IC and 15 hip thrusters (your M’s better thank me later).  Last 2 minutes was a much needed stretch.  Again a tip of the ol’ sir Topham hat to Big Country but I don’t even think 44 would have even come close to bothering him!

COT: continued prayers for Florida and others affected by hurricane, Trickdaddys return and for continued prayers for Brazil, The Burghs friend traveling to Guatemala? To give medical help.  I think it was John?

It was an honor to steal a Q today!  Thanks for allowing me to lead!
