8 men came to delve into the dank muggy gloom to better themselves.  Here it is:

Warm Up

• Mosey to Dragstrip by way of LePhilip Court.
• SSH x 20
• Hillbilly x 10
• Loose Change x 10
• Arm rotations

Then mosey to “The Second light pole” for

DAT THANG

The second light pole was the stripper pole in that it stripped one burpee from the pax each time the pax passed it. Two stations, one under the loading dock (20 WWIIs) and one at the other end of LeeAnn (20 dry docks).  Start with 12 burpees at the pole in the middle, drop one each time.  Run up and down the strip until time called at 0607, head back to

MARY

COT

Pray for Cat’s house hunting family and all youths in school.

MOLESKIN

Tough ass beatdown that was not aided by trash humid weather.  All pax got after it, but Tomby was on another level, just crushing it like he was running from future responsibilities.  Noshow doesn’t like to wear a shirt, but we’ll find some rough ground to correct that at some point.  Catfish got gagged by the Tuesday garbage pickup.  No overarching message today, just good  beatdown, good coffee, good bros.
