4 stations around AO: 5 man-makers, back parking lot, 20 kgbs, 5 pullups, 20 bench dips around front, repeato
Mary:

Left way too much time and had to actually stretch. Called 2 minutes early b/c I’m not here to waste anyone’s time.
Prayers:

Buzzkill’s aunt in hospice, and the cat, that ironically Cat most likely killed.

Moleskin:

Solid Tuesday group. Cat came out of the gate on fire. So much so, he was unhappy with the warm-up getting in the way of his storytime. But like any good salesman he closed the deal and I shut up. Good burner, with some fairly unused muscle groups getting worked. No real insightful, motivational bumper sticker thoughts or sayings in the BB. Kinda mimics life sometimes. Somedays you get up and trudge through it. It’s ok if you don’t feel like tackling the day like Jocko. And it’s completely normal to have days you feel off or unmotivated to do much of anything required of you. But we do it anyway — and that’s worth noting whether we’re faking it or not. Give yourself some grace and then give it to others.
