QIC was dependable as always and early. Mash was dependable and early as always. We were talking and then we realized it was 5:30 and no one else had arrived.
QIC had planned some nice partner work where there was no counting so you could chat it up on a Friday while working hard. But all my dawgs left me hanging. I felt like a little lost puppy being left at the pound. Ok enough trash talk to make you feel bad for missing my final day of iron Q.  The real men took off for a nice Friday beatdown.

The Thang: we took off to get blocks

we carried said blocks to parking for a little parking lot work and some farmer stuff. Farmer carry both blocks to first parking section and 10 merkins. Leave blocks and run back to partner. Partner was doing lunges. Then partner ran to blocks did 10 merkins and carried blocks back to start. Partner carried blocks to 2nd set of spots for 8 Merkins. We did all 5 parking sections went 10, 8, 6, 4 and then 2 merkins carrying blocks back and forth each time. Next since no one cared about the last day of iron Q we did quadraphelia to each spot with same merkins while other partner stayed back doing shoulder shrugs….and they hurt!

with 15 minutes left we….we being Mash and Sir Topham if that hasn’t been clear yet. 😂 we took the blocks back and did some pull ups and abs all made up on the fly by QIC

well done Mash! It was an honor to do some work with you today brother!
