Moleskin:

1. Nine of Concord’s most elite Pax gathered at OCT on a humid, 70 degree mid-July morning to experience the second (recycled) Tour de Concord at Coltrane Webb school and Academy Recreation Center disc golf course. A “road course” and a “cross-country course” were done to imitate the real Tour de France going on this month in Europe. Speeds of forty miles per hour were reported by some Pax on the road course while the cross-country course was lucky to make 10mph. All Pax did a fine job riding on asphalt and grass while avoiding crashes and  grass rashes, but apparently a few of our most skin sensitive Pax did report a few bug bites.
2. We stopped at Coltrane Webb playground for a few pullups and WW2’s on the way back to OCT. No mechanical problems and everyone pedaled well in our second Tour de Concord. Coffeteria well attended at Groundworks and many world problems were solved.
3. Prayers for Catfish’s son Dean as he leaves for his mission work in Central America. Prayers for our country and our leaders. May they always seek divine guidance.
