Couple of ladders to start our Saturday. 10-1 top to bottom of Mugga. (Merkins – Dry Docks). Got about halfway through then moseyed over to Corn Dog Hill for a change of pace. 10-1 bottom to top (LBC’s – V-ups).

The last stop was the top of the new parking deck for the main event. Heavy Metal /Punk Rock Trivia:

Over the last few years, we’ve endured country music workouts, a 90’s music neighborhood run, and even a workout dedicated entirely to the band Nickelback. This workout was a natural pendulum swing. I made sure to only use the last portion of a Sat. which has become a day for more fun activities so thanks for allowing me to push the envelope. I know Spud and Fire Chicken were especially excited, as told by the looks on their faces as soon as the first chords cranked out. 

I know my music and politics aren’t the same as many of yours, but we’ve never let those differences get in the way of an awesome brotherhood. I’ve made lifelong friends in F3, and having this core group of guys makes the hard days easier and the easy days great. Our differences and acceptance are what define us and makes this group amazing. Keep it up.
