13 men showed up expecting music, but all they got was pain.  The sweat dripped down their balls before we even got going.

Warm Up

THANG

Break into groups of three, with two stations at opposite ends of the mall and a timer.  Station 1 at the wall was 20 vertical one arm push-ups (each arm), 20 Mule Kicks and 20 short shuttle runs, followed by a wall sit until the timer arrived.  Station 2 was at Staples, next to the windows, 20 hand release merkins, 20 core killers, 20 burpees, and then plank until the timer arrived.  Timer ran halfway around the mall to give relief.  Got through 2 or so rounds with some decent running when time called at 0608 to head back to AO for

Prayers for Buzzkill’s new job and some co-worker fertility issues.  Also continued prayers for the Hightshoe family on the passing of their young daughter Emmett.

Moleskin

Brought out a couple of new exercises. The mule kick might stay.  The one armed push ups might go.  The shuttle runs killed time annoyingly.  Everyone loved the 20 burpees.  Overall a solid muggy gasser.  Some got 2 miles, some got 3 miles, all got what they came for, a good beating and a great way to start a Thursday.  Good on Checkmate for finding the right AO this time.  It was pointed out that Buzzkill looked like child that Fire Chicken sired at the tender age of 4.  Sounds like a felony to me.

Our country is awesome and don’t let anyone tell you it’s not.  We have freedom that others could only dream of.  There are many countries in the world where F3 couldn’t be a thing, some due to the fellowship, some due to the faith.  Make use of it.  Bring other people, the more new blood, the better. Thanks to giving it to me every day.
